PristineBuysOS is an internal business application used by Pristine Buys LLC to manage its own resale operations. It is not offered as a service to other sellers.
In operating our business, PristineBuysOS may process marketplace information available through authorized integrations, including item listings, inventory details, transactions, order details, shipment information, and marketplace account identifiers. Order and shipping records may include buyer contact or delivery information necessary to fulfill transactions.
We use this information only for legitimate business activities such as managing inventory and listings, processing orders, fulfilling shipments, keeping business records, and supporting customer service. We do not sell personal information collected through our marketplace integrations.
Access to PristineBuysOS is limited to authorized business use. We take reasonable measures to protect information against unauthorized access and disclosure.
We retain information only as needed for business operations and applicable legal or accounting obligations. We process applicable marketplace account deletion requests and remove or de-identify associated personal information when required, subject to lawful retention obligations.
When PristineBuysOS connects with a marketplace such as eBay, that marketplace's own privacy terms also govern information processed by the marketplace. This policy describes Pristine Buys LLC's handling of information in its internal application.
